Robb Allen
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Robb is an entrepreneur who has built successful companies in real estate and technology. He leads a global team of dedicated professionals committed to enabling Datapipe's clients to achieve exceptional value from outsourced IT services. Robb developed the concept of "Operational Empathy®," which serves as Datapipe's core cultural value. His current responsibilities include overall company oversight and leadership, strategic planning and execution and product/service development.
Michael J. Parks
Chief Technology Officer
CTO Michael J. Parks began his career in the U.S. Coast Guard at age 17. While serving his country, Mr. Parks earned an FCC License, an Associate's Degree in Electronics Technology, completed flight school, piloted 3 types of helicopters and was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant. As part of the DEA, Parks supported Operation Bahamas Turks and Caicos, a large scale drug interdiction effort to stop the flow of illegal drugs from entering the U.S. Michael provides strategic leadership for Datapipe's technical departments. He is responsible for maintaining Datapipe's global network infrastructure which has consistently been recognised for speed and reliability. Michael also leads Datapipe's development team in designing and improving the industry-leading features within Datapipe's client portal.
Michael Bross
Senior Vice President & General Counsel
Michael joined Datapipe after 16 successful years as Managing Partner of Bross, Cummings, Pereira & Moore, LLC. Michael received his J.D. from Washington University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science from Syracuse University. Michael is an active member of the New Jersey State, Essex County, and American Bar Associations and is a member of the Association of Corporate Counsel and New Jersey Chapter of the ACC.
Ed Laczynski
Vice President, Cloud Strategy & Architecture
Responsible for driving Datapipe's cloud computing strategy and for the architecture of new cloud platforms and integrations, Ed came to Datapipe with more than 10 years of digital technology leadership experience. Prior to Datapipe, Ed was the founder and CTO of LTech, a pioneer in enterprise cloud computing products and services. At LTech, Ed led the business and product development vision, achieving significant sales and customer growth. A frequent speaker and author, Ed is recognised throughout the industry for his thought leadership, vision and experience helping organisations succeed with cloud computing. Ed has also led innovation in digital media and finance in roles at McCann-Erickson Worldwide and Credit Suisse. Ed is a graduate of New York University.
Colin Chan
Vice President and General Manager - Asia
Colin has more than 20 years of experience in the Asia Pacific ICT sector, including senior leadership positions with Marconi Communications and Ascom Group. He has lived and worked in Beijing and Shanghai for more than ten years, leading the strategic penetration and rapid growth of business in the China market. In addition, Colin serves on the Board of Directors of Lung Kee Group, which is listed in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Colin holds a B.A.Sc. degree from the University of Toronto, and a MBA from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Bruce Katz
Vice President, Finance
Bruce came to Datapipe with deep experience as a corporate financial executive. Prior roles include Vice President of Finance at EnterpriseDB Corporation, Senior Vice President of Finance at Foxtons North America and a number of senior financial roles at Cendant Corporation and its subsidiaries, including Move.com, as well as the corporate treasury department. Bruce also held financial leadership roles at Arthur Andersen and Merrill Lynch & Company. Bruce holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Maryland.
Frank Sole
Vice President, Human Resources & Administration
Frank joined Datapipe after seven years with the software company Micromuse. Frank also served on the integration team after IBM's acquisition of Micromuse in 2006 and remained with the company until joining Datapipe. Frank brings more than a dozen years experience in the areas of employee relations, conflict resolution, recruiting, change management and compensation and benefits. Frank holds a B.A. from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
